Live Chat Application for Desk Platform

You need to follow these steps to integrate Banckle Live Chat into Desk
  • On the top menu, click Channels.
  • Disable Desk.com default chat, go to Channels -> Chat -> Advanced Settings and turn Chat Enabled to Off and click Update button.
  • Under Support Center section, select Web Template and click the Edit button of default template.
  • Log into your Banckle account and copy widget code from your Banckle Live Chat widget settings.
  • Add widget code in Contact Us Content box and click Update button.
  • The Banckle Live Chat for Desk is successfully integrated.
