  • Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
  • Click the Banckle Live Chat menu option, under the Settings menu in the admin user interface.

Banckle Collaborator newsletter for March 2011 is available now. In this newsletter, you would find all the information about newly supported features, bug fixes and performance enhancements that we made during this month.
