Free Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance tool for iPad by Banckle

Remotely Control the Shared Screen & Application in Online Meeting

Banckle Online Meeting now supports sharing screen and applications feature for hosts and attendees (presenters) in a web conferencing session. The attendees can however remotely share their desktop, screens and desired applications with any particular meeting participant(s). This allows you to engage in increasingly interactive online meeting sessions, where you are able to request particular attendees to share their screen.

As a host, you can request any particular presenter (attendees) to share screen and he can carry out the following actions against that request.

  • Accept/reject the screen share request
  • Sharing the full screen or a specific application
  • Stopping the entire screen or application sharing
  • Changing the shared application/screen
  • Granting remote control to any particular attendee to access your desktop, window, applications or screens
  • Canceling remote control access

  • Banckle Email Server will soon allow you to send emails to groups of users, more commonly known as mailing-lists. This group email-sending feature allows you to use a group alias to send emails to multiple users. These groups may be defined in Banckle Apps Admin.
