Securely Send, Receive & Sync Emails on any Email Client

Using Banckle Email Server, now all Banckle users can securely (SSL enabled) send and receive their emails on any email client (MS Outlook, Thunder Bird etc) of their choice. Whereas Email Sync feature further supports to synchronize emails using IMAP. When using SSL with IMAP and SMTP, you will need to change your email configuration settings like the followings.

Incoming Server Settings

  • IMAP Server: apps.banckle.com
  • Port: 993
  • Security Type: SSL

Outgoing Server Settings

  • SMTP Server: apps.banckle.com
  • Port: 465
  • Security Type: SSL

If you are using POP3 instead of IMAP then setting would be;

POP3 Settings

  • POP3 Server: apps.banckle.com
  • Port: 995
  • Security Type: SSL

  • Added page specific invitation support: You are given more control over the pro-active visitor chat invitation dialog in Banckle Live Chat. Now you can select the website pages on which a pro-active chat invitation would be sent to your visitor.
  • In-page chat dialog: Your website visitor is allowed to have the live chat session within the web page. The visitor can keep browsing through different pages while chatting with the online operator.
  • Search Filters: The advanced search feature in the Banckle Email Server has been enhanced to facilitate you even more. Now you can save your search queries and later use these as your search filters to locate the required emails.

  • Customize the Result Page layout: You can change the result page layout and design for Banckle Site Search application by customizing the HTML code of HEAD and BODY tags. Check out the site search at Banckle website to see it in action.
  • Support for VA: We have built our first CentOS-based Virtual Appliance server using VMWare. We’re polishing it to make the VA server size even smaller for easier deployment. Our goal is to allow the VA server to run on all popular hypervisors, including VMware, Virtual Box, Xenserver and Hyer-V.

What’s Tweaking

  • Control Meeting Pod Visibility: More control over the visibility of pods for Banckle Online Meeting. Now you can show or hide the desired pods (Chat Window, Whiteboard, Video Conference etc.) from within the on-going meeting session or configure their default behavior.
  • Redesigned Live Chat Deployment Widget: Now you are allowed to choose and upload the desired image for Banckle Live Chat button on your website.

Buggin’ No More

  • No More ‘Seeking’ Forever: In Banckle Online Meeting, when you played the video of a recorded meeting, sometimes it showed “Seeking” instead of playing back. This issue is fixed now.
  • No More Spam: Banckle Email Server is now equipped with highly efficient anti-spam Engine (Spam Assassin).

The new feature gives you more control on how much of the content you want to synchronize at any  given time as opposed to automated syncing before.
