Linux Web Conferencing Plugin by Banckle Online Meeting

After supporting online meeting on Windows and MAC, Banckle Online Meeting now allows you to participate and collaborate in web conferencing, eLearning and webinar activities on Linux as well. This multi-platform support allows you to ensure that you can collaborate with users from anywhere, at anytime, using any platform or browser. We have tested this plugin in an i386 (32-bit) environment but it should work perfectly on 64-bit machines with browsers that support a 32-bit mode.

    Step 4- From your Blogger Dashboard, under heading Manage Blogs, click the Design link
    Step 5- Scroll down to the end of the Edit Template text area and find a code </html>. Paste Banckle Live Chat Deployment Widget Code right before </html> code.
    Step 6- Click the Save Template button below the code editor and you are done.

How to get Banckle Live Chat Widget HTML Code?

  1. First of all, you need to Sign Up with Banckle. (It’s free and would not take more than 15 seconds)
  2. Once you have a Banckle account you can sign-in to https://apps.banckle.com/livechat/
  3. After logging in, click Admin in the website header toolbar.
  4. From the left panel, click Live Chat and then Deployment Widget.
  5. From the HTML Code tab, click Copy to Clipboard and then press Save to save the Deployment settings.
  6. You can now copy this code in Step 5 of Banckle Live Chat Installation.

Banckle Collaborator Newsletter for May 2011 is out now

Banckle Collaborator newsletter for May 2011 is available now. In this newsletter, you would find all the information about newly supported features, bug fixes and performance enhancements that we made during this month.

Offline Meeting Recording and Playback with Banckle Online Meeting

Your previous online meeting sessions were saved on Banckle’s secure data centers and streamed to you when needed. But now you can download the online meeting recordings on your local file system. It's been integrated seamlessly with the existing online recording, so you don't have to make any extra steps to use this offline recording. You just start recording as usual, and we'll prepare a universal accepted .FLV file for you when the meeting/recording ends.

Once the recording is downloaded, you can use your favorite FLV player to playback. How to install version 1.1 of Banckle Live Chat Plugin for WordPress

  • Step 1- Download the Banckle Live Chat Module for Joomla
  • Step 2- Login to your Joomla administrator’s area, click on Extensions and then Install/Uninstall
  • Step 3- Upload mod_bancklelivechat.zip and press Upload File and Install
  • Step 4- On the Extensions menu, select Module Manager and click on Banckle Live Chat
  • Step 5- select Yes from the Enabled field in the Details area, and In the Parameters area, you need to copy the Banckle Live Chat Widget code in the Banckle Live Chat Widget Code field. And press the Save button
  • Step 6- Once you have everything configured and installed, you can see Banckle Live Chat widget on your website

How to get Banckle Live Chat Widget Code?

  1. First of all, you need to Sign Up with Banckle. (Its free and would not take more than 15 seconds)
  2. Once you have a Banckle account you can sign-in to apps.banckle.com
  3. After logging in, click Admin in the website header toolbar.
  4. From the left panel, click Live Chat and then Department. From the Department toolbar, click Add Department. Name your Department and don't forget to choose a User.
  5. 5- Now again From the left panel, click Deployment Widget and From the Deployment Widget toolbar, click Add Deployment, Name your Deployment and choose the already created Department.
  6. From the HTML Code tab, click Copy to Clipboard and then press Save to save the Deployment settings.
  7. You can now copy this code in Step 5 of Banckle Live Chat Installation.
