Create Permanent Online Meeting URLs for Recurring Meetings

Banckle Online Meeting now allows you to create permanent online meeting URL for recurring meetings. This allows you to schedule meetings that are set to recur daily, weekly or monthly and share an easy to remember direct meeting URL with attendees. This greatly helps those that are using the advanced presentation and screen sharing features in Banckle Online Meeting for their sales pitches, as well as individuals that have a very similar meeting requirement very regularly.

How to use it?

When scheduling a meeting in Banckle Online Meeting you may select the Set as my permanent meeting option to enable the permanent meeting URL. Use the Copy URL to Clipboard button alongside the meeting URL shown to share the permanent meeting URL with your colleagues, customers and friends.

Points to remember!!

  • At any given time you can only set one meeting as your permanent meeting.
  • Permanent meeting URL is not available for meetings that are set to happen only once, i.e do not recur.

Remote Desktop Sharing on MAC using Banckle Online Meeting

After PC, Banckle Online Meeting has now announced the support of screen sharing, application sharing and remote desktop accessing on Apple MacBook as well. It is a purely browser-based web collaboration solution that is offered for free and users can evaluate the fully-featured version for a long as 1 complete year. Sync SharePoint Document Library Files With Banckle File Sharing

In recent press release, we have good news for SharePoint users, now they can easily sync (synchronize) files from or to SharePoint Document Library using Banckle File Sharing.
