Create Permanent Online Meeting URLs for Recurring Meetings

Banckle Online Meeting now allows you to create permanent online meeting URL for recurring meetings. This allows you to schedule meetings that are set to recur daily, weekly or monthly and share an easy to remember direct meeting URL with attendees. This greatly helps those that are using the advanced presentation and screen sharing features in Banckle Online Meeting for their sales pitches, as well as individuals that have a very similar meeting requirement very regularly.

How to use it?

When scheduling a meeting in Banckle Online Meeting you may select the Set as my permanent meeting option to enable the permanent meeting URL. Use the Copy URL to Clipboard button alongside the meeting URL shown to share the permanent meeting URL with your colleagues, customers and friends.

Points to remember!!

• At any given time you can only set one meeting as your permanent meeting.
• Permanent meeting URL is not available for meetings that are set to happen only once, i.e do not recur.

Sync SharePoint Document Library Files With Banckle File Sharing

Banckle Collaborator newsletter for February 2011 is available now. In this newsletter, you would find all the information about newly supported features, bug fixes and performance enhancements that we made during this month.

Above all other tidings, we are excited to announce the free Live Chat plug-in for WordPress that allows you to provide sales and support to your customers direct from your WordPress websites and blogs. Other than quality customer support, you can also track visitor paths as well as view detailed technical and demographic information using the built-in analytics features. This plugin can be downloaded from the Banckle Live Chat page in WordPress's Plugin Directory.

In this month, we have also announced a free desktop accessing app for Apple iOS; Banckle Remote for iPad allows you to remotely access your Windows computer anytime, anywhere on your iPad. Banckle Remote is basically the iPad version of Banckle Remote Access. The desktop client of Banckle Remote Access should be installed to the computer that you want to access from your iPad. What you just need is to download Banckle Remote on your iPad, sign into it and you are ready to perform a bunch of important tasks like the followings.

• Banckle Live Chat integration with Google Translate: Banckle Live Chat now allows you to easily chat with a worldwide audience due to its full integration with Google Translate.
• Attendee Screen and Application Sharing in Banckle Online Meeting: Using Banckle Online Meeting, moderators can now request any meeting participant for Screen or Application share. It allows you to remotely control the attendee's shared screen/application provided he/she grants you adequate permission.
• Attendee Reports in Banckle Online Meeting: With this new feature of Banckle Online Meeting, you can view attendee names, email addresses, entry and exit times, and roles. Banckle Online Meeting allows you to easily export this report as a .CSV file.
• Banckle Online Meeting Widget: You can embed this new online meeting invitation widget on your website(s). Your visitors can view the meeting information and its agenda and then attend or register with just a click. You can also keep a record of each registered attendee with their email address.
